The Restaurant-Bar “Cafè Imperial” has been run by Xavi Sala since 1872 and it lies on a privileged site in the old part of Figueres, close to Teatre-Museu Dalí.

The building dates from 1852, when architect Josep Roca I Bros built Romaguera House which still bears some Pre-Isabelle neoclassical elements which are remarkably elegant.

The open-air terrace, which lies below the huge rear façade that overlooks Teatre-Museu Dalí, conveys the feeling of both liveliness and quietness.
